VoIP System

Can VoIP Benefit My Business?

What VoIP offers is getting increasingly hard to match. The market has grown exponentially for years now and for good reason.

  1. VoIP lines are cheaper to maintain than typical analog lines. You may be able to save monthly depending on the current number of lines you’re using.
  2. Costs associated with employee moves, adds and changes–which can cost $100 or more per occurrence–are virtually eliminated. You can play “employee musical chairs” to your hearts content.
  1. Want to take your desk phone on a business trip? Rather use your desktop or laptop to take calls? No Problem
  2. Use your cell phone as an extension
  3. Assign users their own private numbers (DID’s)
  4. Not tied down to any phone in particular

With servers across the US your system settings are always safe. Whether your internet goes down temporarily or your building is destroyed in a tsunami, your calls will still be routed as if nothings wrong. The call would be routed through the cloud and attempt to ring normally. If it doesn’t see a phone on the other end (IE: Tsunami) it will then ring backup numbers set in place. (Cell phone, Laptop, or just a mailbox if you prefer that you can check from anywhere).

Because your phones are connected to the internet, they’re always up to date with the latest software. Not only that but all equipment is given a LIFETIME warranty for as long as you’re a customer. Whether a phone is broken or a data switch dies, a replacement can be over-nighted so you can do what’s important. Manage your business.

Phone Flexibility

One advantage that VoIP continues to have against any digital system is that the phones aren’t proprietary. On a digital system, each manufacturer will typically come out with a few different phones “compatible” with their system. Sometimes they will even make newer phones that are backwards compatible with an older system, although that’s not typically the case. However with VoIP, most IP phones tend to be compatible across the board which is great news for consumers. That means more Saving $$$ if you’re already using another provider as most phones can be “adopted” over to another VoIP system.

Above & Beyond The Competition

We don’t just use “Great Customer Service” as a slogan or a marketing tool. We don’t have a marketing team, a sales person, or a slogan at all for that matter. Great customer service is just what we do everyday. Whether it’s a phone call to talk through a problem, or an after hours call, where you need someone there immediately,  you can count on us to be there when you need someone the most.

Many VoIP providers want to sell you a system, ship you the phones, and ask you to watch a YouTube video for training. That’s not what we believe in, and it’s not what we offer. What we offer is full scale service from installation, customization, and hands on training, so you can be sure the job’s done right.
